The Ffres Awards are open to all second and third year students studying fashion, textile, graphic, product/industrial design or multimedia/advertising design in Wales or second and third year Welsh undergraduates studying design outside Wales. The aims of the awards are to help prepare students for working in industry by setting competitive design briefs to be presented to industry professionals. In this way the students are encouraged to develop appropriate skills and experience whilst Design Wales highlight the talent of future designers from Wales.
